Athletics
Students must have a completed eligibility forms uploaded in order to tryout or participate in athletics. Eligibility forms are only available online. Eligibility forms include: Physical form (EL2), Liability forms (EL3), and a Sportsmanship/Communication form. Instructions are available on this page, and the front office.
